Policy 

1. There will be a $15 late fee if you are over 10 minutes late

2. Your appointment will be canceled after 15  minutes late 

3. There will be no same day cancellation or rescheduling. It has to be 24hrs before your appointment 

4. No refunds. Unless 24hrs before appointment 

5. Please be respectful or your appointment will be canceled without refund
